With over two decades of experience in medicine, Dr. Mastouri completed her residency at the prestigious University of Toronto and holds a clinical fellowship in Hospital Medicine. A Fellow in Metabolic and Nutritional Medicine and a member of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine, she employs a comprehensive approach to healthcare. Dr. Mastouri focuses on lifestyle medicine, which involves using evidence-based lifestyle interventions to help manage weight, combat obesity, and prevent chronic health conditions.

She also addresses menopause management and aesthetic medicine, dedicating her practice to helping her clients achieve their best selves through personalized, preventive, and predictive care. Additionally, she enriches the medical community as an Assistant Professor at McMaster University, where she shares her knowledge and experience with the next generation of medical professionals. Dr. Mastouri practices family medicine at a separate office in West Toronto where she continues to provide comprehensive medical care to her patients.

What the Program Includes:

Three extended 60-minute consultations with Dr. Mastouri

Full medical history, physical examination, and detailed hormonal assessment

Personalized treatment planning based on your individual symptoms, lab results, and long-term health goals

Hormone Therapy and Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT), offered when clinically appropriate

Non-hormonal treatment strategies including supplements, pharmacologic options, and evidence-informed lifestyle changes

One session of nutritional counseling with a licensed nutritionist, focusing on hormone-supportive nutrition and metabolic health

One session of exercise counseling with a certified kinesiologist, addressing strength, posture, and muscle preservation

Advanced 3D posture and body composition analysis for individualized musculoskeletal assessment and movement planning

DEXA scan (bone density test) may be arranged if clinically indicated, to assess osteoporosis risk and guide treatment decisions
